- 1 (14 oz) can coconut milk (I used low-fat)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until thoroughly combined (or use a whisk to blend the cocoa powder with the syrup and vanilla, and then whisk in the coconut milk). Divide into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
