Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (plus more for rolling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, flour, salt, and nuts and mix until dough comes together.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until beginning to lightly brown.
- While cookies are still warm, roll in powdered sugar. After cooling, roll them again.
